Symposium of Sound was born in April 2012 by long time friends Francesco Falcione and Gregory Stabile. Davide Destro and Massimo Mastrangeli joined in 2014 with the band evolving into a modern indie rock style with a seventies flavour. Main influences are Led Zeppelin, Black Keys, Arctic Monkeys.

Onze eerste EP zit eraan te komen en wordt geproducet door Klaas Tomme (Ides Moon, St. Grandson (respectievelijk finalist en winnaar De Nieuwe Lichting)). Wijzelf hebben in het verleden her en der onze sporen verdiend met andere bands (bvb frontman Bob Caussyn met oa. halve finale HRR en het voorprogramma van White Lies in de Lotto Arena) ..
