+ The Broadcasts (Wales) (acoustic set) - https://thebroadcasts.co.uk

Formed in February 2012 this four-piece band’s love of music grew through their years of secondary school. In the early months of performing and writing music, the band recorded their first EP ‘Impossible’ (titled after their first single release). Since releasing the EP things haven’t stopped for this energetic, dedicated Alt Rock/Acoustic band as they have stormed the South Wales music scene.

The band were previously signed to independent record label Right Recordings LTD in early 2013 but left mid 2014 wanting to pursue bigger adventures independently. While singed to the label the band worked with esteemed record producer Stuart Epps (Oasis, Elton John) to record their debut singles ‘Silvertown’ and ‘Obstacles’, played a stormer of a show at The BBC Club, London, and have also found themselves attending many radio interviews and live sessions across the UK with plenty of press coverage. Over the course of the band’s forming they have shared stages and played shows with BBC’s The Voice contestant Ragsy, Owen Paul’s new project ‘Mike + The Mechanics’ and BBC Radio 1 DJ Huw Stephens, along with lots of local talent from the likes of Peasant’s King lead singer Daniel Evans, Remembering August and Octavians to name a few.
